At last I have received my Christmas presents.
A dunny 3''Krunk-a-Claus, an 8 Triclops Skull''and 8''.
In the pictures below you can understand the various surprises that I had opened the different packages.
First I opened the blind-box, with surprise to find the evil elf's Chase, I'm very happy to get that figure :-)
Then I opened the Triclops, never had a dunny 8'' so far, so I opened it carefully, without knowing how he would find inside, I see that is well protected, so they do not suffer any blow.
I examine the piece, I think the 8''dunny not paint, must be cut vinyl , but I'm not sure, if someone can confirm.
And finally I opened the Calavera box, all well protected, each of the feathers in an individual bag. The body is also protected by a bag.
I started to compose all, what was my surprise when I discovered he needed a feather. I thought I had dropped on the floor, but no. Only came 6.
After examining the design, and where is the red border on the top of one eyebrow?.
It will be the only figure among the 1000 with these features?
Maybe I have a unique piece in the world :-)
Because art is imperfect, it is beautiful at times, is close, it is truly like ourselves.
Happy new year!

Customing a 3'' dunny (second try) improvisation called Green Mint
After my first try, this time i decided to paint all dunny in black base, so that I work with a permanent marker, but is very toxic and 2 hours ago i had a headache blame to alcohol :)
Very difficult to fix the colors over permanent marker surface. I had to give layer over layer, and i don't like the end apareance, now i'm thinking to try do other custom with ink and brushes, i suppose the result will be more clean.
I could to find a blank 8'' dunny, with a great surface could be more easy, although people that seen this two first dunny says if you are looking in the same size with other with professional print, by far the failures are not seen :)
After permanent black marker, i began with the lips, you can to see in the photo how looks a single layer in the inferior lip, and after 3 layers in the upper. I'm sure with a correctly ink this not happen. If someone can to discover me one please :-)
After a white layers for teeth, and whie was drying, i began the improvisation in one ear drawing a green flower like eye, and points descending in spiral to head. To joint the composition between lips and ear, i used 3 green lines too.
To mark the difference front & back, the other ear i draw a lot of lines, like fibers creating a network, when this arrive to head, it is scattered among Green Mint name, letting few lines in the rest of body.
Finally you can to see how looks with other dunny :-))))

Painting my first Dunny (chapter 1)
Before do nothing i read about of posts explaining how to, but you can read all thinking what easy it is, until you find with the real troubles.
1- Base layer, first was clean my dunny with acetone, but only i got a dirty version, for that i decided paint with white montana spray, precautions don't use inside at home if you don't want a toxical cloud flying in your living room like happened to me. Is better a open space and puting the piece paint inside to a big box, painting with little touch to spray and ever waiting the last layer be dry until the next.
2- Drawing essential lines, they help you to draw better, i used a yellow color pencil, because is more easy cover the lines.
3- Painting with posca markers, before enter in a public discusion if its better posca or sharpie, only i tell you that in my country Spain i found posca, when i paint other i'll order sharpie to compare.
4- First problems painting, when the piece are small like a dunny 3'' is very hard to keep the line, but after you can fix this with little touch of the neigbour color. In my first dunny other problem was the excess of spray in the back of figure, so that, i prefer no show this side at the moment because are vey gamaged :)
Well in this moment my dunny looks this way, when i paint again i show you the results.
